Tough Cross Country Challenge at the weekend

Saturday 10th February also saw the 4th fixture in the Gwent Cross Country League.

Several club members headed to Margam Park near Port Talbot for a tough challenge with plenty of deep mud to negotiate and a long, steep hill.

Well done to everyone who took part – great team spirit and strong running.
