About the Club
Our Mission Statement – To create a vibrant, safe and inclusive environment for athletes of all abilities to train and progress.
Clevedon Athletic Club is a thriving and friendly running club for all abilities. We offer structured training to enable members to reach their individual goals within a supportive team environment.
Club sessions are usually held twice weekly and provide a varied programme of training throughout the year. We are fortunate to be in an area that provides a broad mixture of training options including on and off-road running, track sessions and hill work.
Formed in 1977, the club has gone from strength to strength, with members regularly taking part in a range of events including road relays, cross country leagues and individual target races.
We also host two popular events in the racing calendar, the historic Boxing Day 4-mile Road Race, now regularly attracting around 1000 competitors, and the Midsummer 10k held in June. New members are always welcome – please come and join us for a taster session, contact details are above.
