Boxing Day Race Information
Entry Details and Race Day FAQ’s
Online entries will close on the 19th December – please visit the race page to complete your entry:
If you have completed your entry by the 1st December then your number will be posted out to you next week.
Race numbers for entries made online after the 1st will be held back for collection on race day.
After the 19th December entries will be available on the day from Race HQ between 8:15am and 10:30am (cash or card):
Junior entry fee £5.00
Senior entry fee £12.00
It can get pretty busy on race morning, so we are also offering the option to secure your number on Wednesday 20th December from Race HQ between 6:30-8:30pm (cash only please).
Here’s the answers to a few frequently asked questions about race day:
- Race HQ and start area – The Little Harp Pub, Elton Road, BS21 7RH
- Start times: Junior 3k Race (ages 6-14) 10:15am, Senior 4-mile Race (age 15+) 11:00am
- Both races finish on the Salthouse Fields
- Parents are very welcome to run with their children in the Junior event
- Parking will be available at the Salthouse Fields Car Park (charges apply)
- Toilets can be found at Race HQ
- Prize giving will take place outside The Harp as soon as the results have been confirmed
- Running buggies and dogs are not permitted in the races
- Only bone conducting headphones are allowed – please leave your regular headphones and AirPods at home
- Fancy dress is encouraged!
