Club debut for Claire!

Snowdon SkyRace – 21st June

Congratulations to Claire Fennell who represented the club at the epic Snowdon SkyRace on Saturday. This was Claire’s first event as a Clevedon AC member – she is a keen trail runner and has been training hard in preparation for the mountain course.

The Snowdon SkyRace is a 38km grand tour of some of the UK’s most scenic trails, ridges and valleys, covering 3,300m of elevation including some Grade 1 scrambles to tackle.

The final stretch uses the Ranger Path offering runners a fast and furious direct descent home to Rhyd-Ddu.

Claire was delighted to finish in just under 11 hours and 19th lady.
